1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
1.1 Service Not Delivered as Agreed
If the final deliverables do not align with the scope, agreement, or project brief mutually approved at the start of the engagement.
1.2 Delay Caused by Creative Nexus
If the project is not delivered within the mutually agreed timeline due to an internal issue on our end.
1.3 Technical or Operational Issues
If a technical issue from our side prevents you from accessing or using the service as intended.
1.4 Refund Request Within Valid Window
You must submit your refund request within 5 days of receiving the deliverables or project output.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
2.1 Approved or Completed Work
Once a project, design, or presentation has been delivered and approved by the client, no refund will be issued.
2.2 Services Already Rendered
Time-based services such as consultations, strategy sessions, discovery workshops, or creative reviews are non-refundable once conducted.
2.3 Promotional, Discounted, or Free Services
Any service provided under a discount, offer, or promotion—including free audits or complimentary design samples—cannot be refunded.
2.4 Client Delays or Lack of Communication
Refunds will not be provided for project delays caused by a lack of feedback, missing information, or communication delays from the client’s side.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at info@creativenexus.in within 5 days of delivery.
- Include your:
- Full name
- Project name
- Order/Invoice number
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant supporting material (e.g., screenshots, incomplete files)

- Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.
Your request will be evaluated based on project scope, delivery status, and the terms agreed upon at the time of engagement.
4. Refund Approval & Processing
If your refund request is approved:
- You will receive an email confirmation detailing the approved refund.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method only.
- Please allow 10–20 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
