Building Bharat’s First Tech-Led Two-Wheeler Financing Platform

Drivio – Investor Pitch Deck

A comprehensive investor pitch deck and strategic storytelling project that transformed a complex auto-finance marketplace into a clear, scalable, and investor-ready narrative.

Overview

Drivio partnered with Creative Nexus to articulate its vision of disrupting India’s two-wheeler financing ecosystem—starting with bike finance and expanding across auto lending. The objective was to translate deep operational complexity, strong traction, and long-term unit economics into a compelling story investors could quickly understand and believe in.

The Challenge:

Drivio operates at the intersection of dealers, lenders, and customers in a highly fragmented, offline-heavy automotive financing market.

The challenge was multi-layered:

  • Communicate a complex multi-stakeholder marketplace without overwhelming investors
  • Clearly differentiate Drivio from traditional NBFC-led, on-ground financing models
  • Explain how technology solves dealer pain points—Income, TAT, and Coverage
  • Present unit economics, take-rate expansion, and scalability with credibility
  • Position the team’s CarDekho-scale execution experience as a key unfair advantage

The narrative needed to balance depth and clarity, while remaining sharply focused on outcomes.

Our Approach

We began by deeply understanding Drivio’s operating model, dealer workflows, lender integrations, and historical learnings from large-scale auto finance platforms.

01/ Strategic Narrative Definition

We structured the deck around a simple but powerful idea:
“A tech-enabled financing marketplace purpose-built for dealers.”

The story moved logically from:

  • Market opportunity and dealer-level pain points
  • Why existing models break down at scale
  • How Drivio’s technology solves income, coverage, and turnaround time simultaneously

02/ Market & Model Simplification

Rather than listing features, we showed:

  • End-to-end financing journeys
  • API-driven lender integrations
  • Rule engines, paperless KYC, and payout automation
  • How tech directly improves dealer retention and transaction velocity

03/ Product & Technology Storytelling

  • 15–40% gross margins
  • Faster delivery (<7 days for ready fabrics)
  • MOQ flexibility across customer segments

04/ Design with Purpose

The visual system was designed to:

  • Reduce cognitive load in data-heavy slides
  • Highlight momentum, metrics, and progress
  • Maintain a clean, institutional tone suitable for growth-stage investors

The Results

The final output was a high-clarity, investor-ready pitch deck that brought structure, confidence, and momentum to Drivio’s fundraising conversations.

The narrative now supports long-term capital conversations while remaining grounded in real operating performance.

Outcome

Drivio now has a strategic storytelling foundation that:

  • Aligns investors, partners, and internal teams
  • Clearly explains how technology unlocks scale in offline finance
  • Positions the company for expansion across India’s auto-lending ecosystem
