Reimagining Fabric Sourcing Through Technology, Speed, and Sustainability

Fabrito – Investor Pitch Deck

A strategic investor pitch deck project that translated a complex, fragmented textile supply chain into a clear, scalable, and investor-ready narrative.

Overview

Fabrito is building a SaaS-enabled B2B fabric marketplace designed to solve one of the textile industry’s biggest inefficiencies — surplus inventory, underutilized capacity, and slow, opaque sourcing processes. They approached Creative Nexus to help structure their story, sharpen their positioning, and present their vision with clarity for investors.

The Challenge:

Fabric sourcing remains one of the most inefficient segments in the apparel value chain. Despite massive production volumes, 15–20% of fabrics end up as surplus, and India alone generates 7.8 million tonnes of textile waste annually — much of it due to poor visibility and lack of tech enablement.

Fabrito’s challenge was twofold:

  • To explain a deeply complex B2B supply chain involving mills, wholesalers, brands, and sourcing teams
  • To clearly position Fabrito as both:
    • The “Cars24 of Fabrics” for ready inventory
    • And the “Vistaprint of Fabrics” for made-to-order sourcing

The story needed to resonate with investors across SaaS, marketplace, supply-chain, and sustainability lenses, without overwhelming them with operational detail.

our approach

01/ Problem Clarity

  • Inefficient sourcing
  • Excess intermediaries
  • Idle mill capacity

02/ Platform Differentiation

  • A unified marketplace for surplus fabrics
  • A fully integrated sourcing engine for MTO fabrics
  • SaaS tools for sellers, buyers, and internal operations

03/ Commercial Strength

  • 15–40% gross margins
  • Faster delivery (<7 days for ready fabrics)
  • MOQ flexibility across customer segments
