Overview
Dhankosh partnered with Creative Nexus to structure and present their vision of becoming the largest distributor of used auto and commercial vehicle loans in Tier-2 and Tier-3 India. The goal was to clearly articulate the market opportunity, agent-led distribution advantage, and technology-driven execution to early-stage and growth investors.
The Challenge:
Dhankosh operates in one of India’s most fragmented and underserved credit markets — vehicle loans across Tier-2+ regions. While the opportunity is massive, the ecosystem is highly complex:
- Majority of secured lending is sourced through agents
- Long turnaround times, low approval rates, and poor transparency
- Manual, multi-stakeholder processes involving agents, dealers, lenders, and RTOs
- Credit-underserved and credit-unserved borrowers dominating the market
The challenge was to transform this operational complexity into a clear, investor-friendly narrative that demonstrated:
- Why agents are the distribution backbone of secured lending
- How Dhankosh builds network effects and loyalty
- Where technology meaningfully improves trust, TAT, and income for agents
- Why the CV + Used Auto segment is the right wedge to start with
The deck needed to balance market depth, execution clarity, and financial logic — without overwhelming investors.
Our Approach
We approached the Dhankosh pitch deck as a distribution-first fintech story, not just a lending platform.

01/ Market & Problem Structuring
We reframed the problem around credit access gaps in Bharat, clearly mapping:
- Credit-eligible vs credit-served populations
- The ₹21Bn+ CV & used auto opportunity in Tier-2 markets
- Agent dominance in secured lending across India and global benchmarks
This helped anchor Dhankosh’s relevance in a macro-validated opportunity rather than a niche fintech play.

Instead of positioning Dhankosh as just a borrower platform, we built the story around agent priorities:

We simplified a highly complex loan journey by:
